Thanks Indurain99 !
I feel challenged to connect the dots of the Transibérica even if it's probably only an armchair adventure.
Rather the opposite if you participate, hahahaha. The Transiberica 2019 is in September and there is still time to participate.

The winner of the Transpyrenees 2019, this German:

50h 46min to cross ALL the Pyrenees, Awesome!
Definitely awesome!

If I’ll participate in the Transiberica 2019, it is under the celebrated Olympic principle "it is not to win, but to take part.."
That's rights, in fact the winner of these races doesn't receive anything, no money or economic award, only the honor to participate. I think it is a good thing.

Transpyrenees and Transibérica are organizated by Carlos Mazón an extraordinary ultra cyclist from the Basque Country who was the 2nd finisher at the TransAm Bike Race in 2015,
the 3rd at Transcontinental in 2016 , and the
1st at Transiberica in 2018.

You can read the relate of these races telling by himself on his website here (in spanish): ... e-6850kms/

Now, he is participating in another ultra cyclist race, the "Three Peaks Bike Race" , from Austria(Alps), to Barcelona in Spain.
